I custom-grow all of my microgreens to ensure peak freshness—nothing is harvested early or stored like you might find at a grocery store.
Your first delivery date depends on when you place your order:
I plant new crops every other Monday. If you order before the next planting day, your first delivery will arrive the following Thursday, approximately 11 days later.
If you order after that crop has already been planted, your order will be included in the next growing cycle, and your first delivery will arrive about 3 weeks later.
This growing schedule allows me to harvest your microgreens at their freshest and deliver them directly to you.
Your first payment for a subscription secures your harvest as a deposit. If you cancel your subscription at any time, that deposit is fully refunded. After your first order, deliveries continue automatically every 2 weeks.
For August, I will plant on Monday, August 10th, and harvest on Thursday, August 20th. My second crop will be planted on Monday, August 24th, and harvested on Thursday, September 3rd.
