Single clamshell Microgreens

I custom-grow all of my microgreens to ensure peak freshness—nothing is harvested early or stored like you might find at a grocery store.

Your first delivery date depends on when you place your order:

• I plant new crops every other Monday. If you order before the next planting day, your first delivery will arrive the following Friday, approximately 11 days later.
• If you order after that crop has already been planted, your order will be included in the next growing cycle, and your first delivery will arrive about 3 weeks later.

This growing schedule allows me to harvest your microgreens at their freshest and deliver them directly to you.

Your first payment for a subscription secures your harvest as a deposit. If you cancel your subscription at any time, that deposit is fully refunded. After your first order, deliveries continue automatically every 2 weeks.

For the month of July, I will plant on Tuesday, July 7th and then harvest and deliver on Friday, July 17th. My second growing cycle in July will be moved forward one day because I will be going out of town. I will plant on Monday, July 20th and then harvest and deliver on Thursday, July 30th.
